Sylvain Bailly Quincy 2017

Quincy is west of Sancerre and makes similar wines from Sauvignon Blanc at very affordable prices. This is made by a longstanding Sancerre family from limestone, clay, and gravels soils for a wine that couldn’t be mistaken for anything other than Sauvignon Blanc with its pungent green, grassy, asparagus aromas and lively, high acidity. An extremely refreshing, go-to wine.
