Subject to Change Sauvignon Blanc 2017

From two young, natural winemakers, this is a Sauvignon Blanc with a difference. 20% of the grapes go through carbonic maceration, giving the wine something of a tannic structure and an extra fruitiness. Green apple, lemon, grapefruit, peach, and nectarine on the nose, fresh and vibrant on the palate, with a dry, mineral texture. No added sulfur, fining, or filtration – funky but irresistible. Drink only slightly chilled.
