We fell in love with this wine as soon as we tried it. Using only organically or biodynamically farmed grapes and just 12% ABV, it’s 85% Carignan and 15% Syrah, all Mendocino fruit. As the name suggests, it’s made with carbonic maceration, giving the wine a real fruity freshness – cranberries, redcurrants, strawberries, and raspberries – leading to a slightly spicy, peppery palate. High acidity makes the wine even more drinkable and refreshing. Serve slightly chilled.
