Stereophonic Wines "Endless River" Gruner Veltliner Edna Valley 2018

The Paragon Vineyard in Edna Valley is famous for producing crisp and minerally whites that show their proximity to the coast. The sandy soils transfer to the wine with pears, pencil shavings and great acidity.  A small amount of bottle aging has given the wine a baked apple notes with a little bit of weight to the wine.  Richer than most California Gruner which supplies the frame to harness the acidity that belies this low alcohol white.
