4th generation winemaker makes this very pretty rosé using the saignée method (two days maceration) rather than by adding red wine. It’s 100% Pinot Noir with 5g/L dosage to give it a little richness. The nose is extremely inviting, with strawberry, raspberry, roses, cinnamon, and lavender, followed by a subtly creamy texture on the palate and a drying acidic finish. Serious, sophisticated, very drinkable rosé.
