This is a fun, fruity wine, great value at the price, with big, chunky, chalky tannins and chocolate, coffee, and smoke aromas coming from the oak. It’s aromatic and floral, with blackcurrants, cherries, plums, violets, and iris, with a warm spice on the palate. Made by Anna Monticelli, formerly of Bryant and now at Piña.
