"Made to accentuate the texture, ripe fruit and spice qualities of Pinot Gris. Low yields (under 3 tons/acre), tank ferment, aged on its lees 8 months. "Has a clean and crisp bouquet with honeysuckle and jasmine aromas that are nicely defined. The palate is balanced with a touch of spice on the entry, a textural Pinot Gris rather than one with overt flavors, fresh right to the finish, leaving a residue of orange peel on the aftertaste."
