Spirit Works Sloe Gin

Spirit Works are the only producer in the States to make sloe gin from actual sloe berries, which they import from Bulgaria. Maceration in the gin results in a pretty, inviting nose of juniper, pine, blueberry, sloe berry, and anise. Sweet on the palate, this is unctuous and mouthcoating but not too heavy.
