Source & Sink Red Blend 2019

An organic blend of 54% Zinfandel, 24% Petite Sirah, and 22% Alicante Bouschet giving this wine a predictable color and weight.  Earthy aromas with hints of green that are quickly brushed over by the inky characteristics of the grapes.  Raw cocoa, black licorice, herbs, anise and the sense of the flavors being rung right out of the vine itself.  Plum skins and just ripe enough tannins give the wine depth and complexity.
