Local craft distillers created a mashbill of mostly rye, then corn, and barley, all non-GMO. The rye dominates, with caramel, orange peel, clove, allspice, cinnamon and vanilla. Aged in high-toast American oak. Spicy, savory finish. Brilliant in an Old Fashioned, properly made.
