Sonoma County Distilling Co. Black Truffle Rye

Here’s a rare treat: they put 4 POUNDS of black périgord truffles in a barrel of 100% rye whiskey and bottled it when it tasted right. (Spoiler: they nailed it.) Truffle flavor accents but doesn’t overpower the rye for a smooth, delicious, umami-laden take on cask-strength whiskey.
