70% corn in the mashbill, plus 25% wheat for a creamy, vinous mouthfeel, and 5% malted barley. This is a classic, locally made Bourbon that has an inviting creamy nose with aromas of corn, cereal, char, smoke, caramel, sweet spices, almonds, and white flowers. The palate is extremely smooth, with a vanilla, toffee texture, and a long spicy finish. Great quality whiskey at a great price.
