Willi Sherer is a Master Sommelier who uses his winemaking skills to make this delicious Bordeaux-style white, from probably the oldest Sauvignon Blanc vines in California and Sémillon. It matches the best white Bordeaux, waxy, creamy, and herbaceous with generous aromas of peach, apricot, guava, passionfruit, honeysuckle, toast, cloves, and white pepper. A weighty wine enlivened by high acidity. Great food wine: think crabcakes.
