Smithereens Red Blend 2015

A tasty blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah, and Counoise, all from El Dorado, all coming together to produce a very approachable and drinkable wine. There’s an enticing fruitiness, with raspberry, blackberry, and black cherry, together with a mouth-tingling spiciness that’s like chewing on licorice. The grainy texture firms the wine up, with the acidity making it even juicier and tastier.
