Skouras Moscofilero 2019

Moscofilero/Moschofilero is an aromatic and expressive grape that could fall in the same category as Gewurztraminer or any "gris" grape with a pinkish tint to the berry.  This is full of white flowers, lemon/lime sorbet, grapefruit, pine resin, and a creamy verbena note.  A touch of RS (4g/L) provides weight and balance to the tart/gripping acid on the finish.  A refreshing aperitif or a great pairing for salads and seafood
