Skinner Mourvedre El Dorado 2019

A very polished Mourvèdre with rich fruit that is hints at cream of tartar, plum, and blackberries. Dense and peppery, but the fruit really shines with a pretty, floral background. Silky and smooth are traits that this particular grape typically takes years to achieve, but this youngster shows tannins and acidity that are well integrated and rounded out, yet it still tastes like Mourvèdre.
