Sixteen by Twenty Cabernet Sauvignon Napa 2015

Paul Hobbs consults on this project using fruit from Southern and Central Napa on both the hillsides and valley floor. Merlot, Malbec, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc are added for complexity. Fruit foward, showing black fruit, raspberries, Bing cherries and blueberries along with notes of cassis, vanilla, black tea and allspice. Excellent concentration with healthy acidity and layers of flavors. Enjoy any time or cellar 10+ years.
