From Bassi Vineyard in San Luis Obispo comes this light, easy-to-drink, and very atrractive Pét-Nat made from Pinot Noir. Alcohol is just 10.5% for a refreshing, fruity style of bubbles that has a touch of residual sugar balanced by drying acidity. Aromas of red apples, pears, strawberries, rose petals, and sweet spices are bright and forward, and the wine has a creamy mouthfeel. Hard to resist.
