Winemaker Liz Silkman and husband Shaun quickly made a name for themselves with 10 years of wine making experience in Hunter Valley. Aromas of lemongrass, white stone, yellow apple with a touch of white blossom. On the palate more orchard fruit of white peach with zippy acid, matching the medium body. Small production of less than 150 cases. Great summer wine!
