Silent Pool Gin

Sensational gin from an English producer Ð both the name and the water come from a beautiful old spring-fed lake on their historic property. 24 different botanicals are used in the recipe, including juniper, kaffir lime, chamomile, local honey, and lavender to get a subtle, slightly creamy/sweet gin with aromas of all- spice, anise, lavender, pine, and white flowers.
