Sidebar Sauvignon Blanc High Valley 2016

Off-shoot project by David Ramey, one of Sonoma’s legendary producers. He gets the grapes for this Sauvignon from High Valley in Lake County. It’s grassy and herbaceous, with tropical fruit aromas of pineapple and papaya and that citrus edge we always associate with Sauvignon Blanc. Refreshingly high acidity makes this a great summer wine or perfect with a goat’s cheese salad.
