Shypoke Rose of Charbono Calistoga 2018

An unusual rosé from one of Napa’s traditional grape varieties, Charbono, which provides a gentle, crunchy fruitiness of red cherry, plum, and blackberry as well as aromas of rose petals and pot pourri. The grapes are picked early and then whole-cluster pressed to extract just a small amount of color and aroma for this very delicate rosé. Light, fresh, and lean, with a subtly creamy core, this is a delicious, extremely refreshing rosé perfect for the summer months.
