Shypoke "KEEP" Red Blend Calistoga 2021

The “Keep” from Shypoke Cellars is a unique blend of Grenache from the estate, Charbono and Petite Sirah. It's complex, deep, and wonderfully fun to drink. The result is both interesting and delicious. Enticing aromatics lead to savory purple fruit tones, while remaining fresh and focused. All about dark fruits with light anise, fig, leather, black plum, and violets. The name derives from the barrels of Grenache which were tasted and determined “KEEP” should be written on them for later use.
