Seven Stills are based in San Francisco, and they donÕt just make spirits but beer too Ð which is the base of this vodka. ItÕs distilled six times in a column still and a seventh time in a copper pot still, which leaves the vodka with a clean, neutral, smooth but slightly viscous and full mouthfeel, with some spice and a touch of cereal. Great base for cocktails.
