The Sentinelle de Massiac is a blend of 2/3 Syrah and 1/3 Carignan that delivers exceptional value. The region of Minervois might be one of the best kept secrets of the south of France. The organically grown grapes give flavors of garrigue, herbs, red and black fruits and a little bit of tart acidity. This is a region that has all the quality of its counterpart Cotes du Rhône, but the prices have remained modest…For the time being.
