This is Champagne quality; you just have to trust us. Sixty months of lees aging is on full display with brioche, raspberry pastries and walnut. Subtle smoky notes from barrel fermentation and red fruits from the 72% Pinot Noir and 28% Pinot Meunier are woven together with a creamy texture and laser sharp acidity that is in no way aggressive. Probably the best Sekt in the world.
