Schwarzbock Zweigelt "vom Bisamberg" Weinviertel 2013

ZWEIGELT: the most widely planted red grape in Austria. It makes a red berry driven, spicy, slightly "meaty" Bistro wine in the best of ways. This is from the outskirts of Vienna. Grapes grown on Bisamberg hill, looking over Vienna. Get pomegranate, sweet plums, blueberries, licorice, beef jerky. Bright acid, fine tannins, no oak.
