Sant Armettu “Rosumarinu” Rouge Sartene Corsica 2020

No matter how you look at it or how you spin it, this wine is f**king cool. A real trip to the Mediterranean through the grape native to Corsica, Sciaccarello. The wine smells of rosemary, lavender, cracked pepper and roasted lamb.  And on the opposite side, real pretty strawberry, watermelon, redcurrant and flowers. Soft on round on the palate, with a slow build to an energetic finish of bouncy acidity and drying tannins.
