Saison Pale Rum

A blend of the three famous rum locations of Trinidad, Barbados, Jamaica and minimal aging of 3 months in French oak. There are some of the fresh sugar cane characteristics that you would find in agricole rum, but there is a surprising amount of wood influence. Some vanilla extract, cream of tartar and a little bit of sweetness. A perfect rum to use as a base for tiki drinks or fresh fruity cocktails.
