Made in the old Italian style of skin contact ferment. This took 2 weeks to ferment, whole cluster. Pressed to netural barrel for 10 months aging. Minimal Sulphur addition. Light golden color (more gold than orange) and tastes of lemon/peach puree, crushed rocks, yellow roses, kiwi, green tea, grapefruit. Light tannins. Perfect level of "orange-ness" we think.
