Ronchi di Cialla Friulano Collio 2018

From an important Friuli producer comes this approachable, refreshing, quietly complex white from local grape Friulano. It’s aged in stainless steel to maintain its freshness, with 3 months on the lees to add some weight and structure. The result is a wine with vibrant acidity, a layered palate, and aromas of bitter almonds, baked pears, and lemon zest, with some cream and spice from the lees.
