A four-grape blend of Alsatian varieties that teeters between dry and sweet, yet one wouldn’t call it dry OR sweet. It’s a wine that blends the waxy and floral qualities of Gewürztraminer, the creamy texture and white fruit of Pinot Blanc, crisp green apple and lemon of Pinot Gris and all of the best qualities of Riesling. Richly textured on the tongue, showing no rough edges and perfumed aromatics, this is the type of wine that will impress novice wine drinkers as well as snooty Somms.
