Robert Moncuit “Les Romarines” Rose Champagne

The Brut Rosé Grand Cru "Les Romarines" is the same Chardonnay base as the “Les Grands Blancs” with about 8% still Pinot Noir added.  Dosage is very low, amounting to 6 g/l, making a Champagne Rosé that goes well at the table; its freshness and its focused minerality make it the perfect accompaniment to an extravagant dinner; its varietal aromas buttery, yeast, strawberries and currants are persuasive, enveloping and intriguing at the same time.
