ROAR Sierra Mar Vineyard Pinot Noir Santa Lucia Highlands 2021

The Pinot Noirs from ROAR are harder and harder to find out in the wild, with BRW only getting 12 bottles. Though this is one of the more restrained vintages and vineyards of the line-up, there is still a plumpness to the wine while expressing dark cherries, figs and herbs. More earthy aromas with a stony minerality are present on the palate with a rich texture, spice, cedar and an extensive finish of lingering polished tannins. A refreshing coastal style.
