Ritme Priorat Blanco 2013

Made from old vine Garnatxa Blanca (70%) and Macabeu (30%). A rich, complex, but subtle wine from 2013 which has a great combination of freshness and maturity. Aged on the lees for 11 months in 30% new French oak, giving nutty, smoky, creamy, biscuit aromas and a firm, almost tannic texture, as well as ripe peaches and apricots. Acidity is still fresh and lively, the palate balanced and weighty, with a long finish.
