A new project from Maayan Koschitzky and his protégé Remi Jorgensen, making three separate Cabernet Sauvignon from three different regions. This is their Napa expression, it shows dark ripe fruits of plums, blackberries, and earth. A great combination of being fruit driven, but dry on the end. The tannins are firm with bakers’ chocolate, herbs and a long finish.
