Gamay and Poulsard grapes. Tank then bottle fermentation (to 7-8%).Â Fizz is created in bottle, the yeast is removed and VOILA - Cerdon de Bugey! Very tasty: strawberries, red roses, fresh figs, coriander, allspice. Lovely perfume, slightly sweet, particularly good with salty dishes.
