Ravines "Cerise" Red Blend Finer Lakes 2017

The two cool climate varietals Pinot Noir (59%) and Blaufränkisch (31%) grow extremely well in the Finger Lakes region of New York. The grapes were matured in neutral oak casks to preserve the delicate flavors of extra-ripe mixed berries, fig, and black cherries. The wine in the glass is a light cranberry color with a transparent base. Soft spices, hints of savory, and light oak notes make this a wine that is perfectly enjoyable on its own.
