Raventos I Blanc Conca del Riu Anoia Blanc de Blancs 2017

Made with the native grapes Xarello(40%), Macabeo(32%), and Parellada(28%), featuring lovely aromatics of croissant, tropical fruits, quince, orange citrus, and a graham cracker biscuit note to compliment the creamy mousse of the wine. In 2012 Raventos withdrew from the Cava DO to start Conca del Riu Anoia as a better regulated region carrying on the original traditions that Josep Maria Raventos I Blanc established for Cava in the 1970's.
