Raul Perez Ultreia Godello Bierzo 2022

Raul Perez is the guiding-light for organic and biodynamic farming practices using Northern Spain’s native grape varieties. Made from 20–50-year-old vines grown across clay and sandy soils, fermented and aged in a combination of foudres and old 300-liter barrels, this boasts aromas of grapefruit that lead into harmonious crisp green apple, green banana, dried apricots, wet stone and nectarine flavors. Though rich in body, everything is enlivened by brisk acidity.
