Quivira Vineyards Zinfandel Dry Creek Valley 2015

Long-established biodynamic Dry Creek Valley producer making their Zinfandel from three dry-farmed estate vineyards. Co-fermented with a small amount of Petite Sirah to give some weight and tannic structure, this is classic Zinfandel: pure fruit aromas of strawberry, plum, blueberry, and boysenberry, with layers of graphite, vanilla, licorice, and chocolate, all held together by gripping tannins.
