A 50/50 blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, the wine is surprisingly aromatic, structured and fresh. 100% destemmed and aged for 6 months in neutral oak, the wine is bursting with violets and boysenberries. The flamboyance of the fruit never gets gaudy, instead it is held together by low alcohol and refreshing acidity. It’s a breath of fresh air, especially if you are suffocated by traditional Napa Cabernet Sauvignon.
