“NOT FROM HERE”
A truly unique expression of the often-bland Colombard grape. Original vines, planted for brandy production, show old-world in style on the nose with smokey minerality expressing itself as matchstick, flint and wet river rocks. Grainy pears, golden delicious apples and green melons are crisp, carrying more weight than the low ABV would suggest. The grape is thought to be a cross of Chenin Blanc and Gouais Blanc with this wine showing many characteristics of the former.
