Second label for 2nd Growth Sauternes house Chateau d'Arche. Vines 15-20 years old. 80% Semillon, 20% Sauvignon Blanc. Definitely on the "not so sweet" side of Sauternes. Pears, apricots, white pepper, candied kumquat and Mandarin orange. This is the style of Sauternes we like to pair with desserts.
