Produced from 100% Napa Valley Chardonnay and aged in oak for over three years. Aria developed an amber color, with aromas of ripe apple, zesty orange rind and a hint of nuttiness. The wine’s flavors are reminiscent of creamy vanilla and honey, with a slight nutty finish. It can be used as an aperitif, pairing with foods such as shellfish, creamy bisques, and salads. It also works well with many types of desserts, especially creme-brulee and bread puddings.
