A blend of California classics Petite Sirah, and Cabernet Sauvignon with the traditional Portuguese grape Tinto Roriz. Aged for a minimum of 2 years plus additional bottle aging develops ripe plum and black cherry flavors. Sweet vanilla, caramel, blackberry, acidity that will allow the wine to age for much longer. The wine manages to be sweet without being cloying or syrupy. A fine pairing for aged Gouda or any kind of chocolate.
