Rebekah Wineberg has a prestigious day job making top-tier Napa Cabernet for Quintessa Winery, but she has a major passion for Carignan.  Her Post & Vine Carignan is made from 120-year-old vines planted in the sandy soils of Contra Costa.  Explosive and pretty fruits of raspberries, blackberries, figs, dates and earth.  The soils translate into the glass, showing off cocoa, roasted meats and vibrant texture that is both creamy and refreshing.
