Post Parade Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

The name “Post Parade” comes from the three Kentucky friends behind this label who share a passion for horse racing. This is a dark, rich, complex wine, the fruits coming from Howell Mountain. Lots of ripe black fruits (blackcurrants, berries, cherries, plums) and dark chocolate, but with an attractive, lighter side too: floral (violets, iris), herbal (tarragon), and spicy (black pepper, licorice).
