100% Dolcetto. Estate founded in 1897 by 24 year old Luigi Einaudi, who would later serve as President of the Italian Republic from 1948-1955 (he was famous for never missing a harvest). Taste ripe blackberry, boysenberry and red cherry, with a healthy dose of savory earth and leather leading to exotic spices on the finish. Plush and soft, despite the delineated acid and mineral finish.
