Podere Il Palazzino Rosso di Palazzino Toscana IGP 2016

A traditional Tuscan blend consisting of 95% Sangiovese and 5% of the classic Chianti grapes Canaiolo & Colorino. Bright cherry, raspberry, sage, tobacco, and licorice. The palate is earthy and dusty with moderately drying tannins, balancing the ripe fruit and keeping this wine serious. The grapes are grown in ancient limestone and marl-rich soils in the south of Chianti. The wine exhibits a perfect balance of being both modern and traditional.
